The service

ZeloPay is software for quoting and tracking a credit-card to Australian bank account flow. This beta is a demonstration. It does not move real money, charge a real card, or pay a real bank account.

We do not hold your money

ZeloPay does not accept deposits, store value, or hold a balance for you. We do not receive client funds into an account we control. We do not buy, sell, hold, or redeem settlement assets for our own account. We do not create, store, or sign with private keys.

When a live service is offered, the card charge, partner settlement, and bank payout are intended to be performed by regulated partners. Those partners hold and move the funds. ZeloPay keeps the quote, the status, and the record of what the partners report.

Beta

Features labelled beta, demo, or coming soon are previews. Cards, bank accounts, identity checks, and balances in the demo are fictional. Fees in the beta follow the schedule published in the Converter. They are not a live quote from a card scheme or a bank.

Quotes

The Converter shows the amount you want to receive, each fee, and the card charge those fees produce. A live payment would use the quote you accept at the time, from the partners who process it. Your card issuer can add charges that are not in this quote.

What you agree to

Use the site lawfully. Do not treat the beta as a payment to the ATO, a supplier, or anyone else. Paying a bill is a separate step you take after money is in an account you control.

No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal, or credit advice. ZeloPay is not a bank and is not your adviser.

Liability

The beta is a preview. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from a simulated quote or a fictional transfer. These terms do not exclude rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
